Wohlsen Construction Adds to Pennsylvania Team

By Wohlsen Construction Company
Mike Kreider - Wohlsen Construction Company

Wohlsen Construction Company of Lancaster is pleased to announce that Mike Kreider has joined the Wohlsen team as a preconstruction manager.

Kreider has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Over that period, he has served as a laborer, apprentice, journeymen carpenter, foreman and superintendent before transitioning from the field to the office to become a project estimator, the director of estimating and ultimately vice president, a position he held for 9 years. As a preconstruction manager, he will use that diverse experience to help cultivate new business and shepherd Wohlsen clients through the preconstruction phase; providing cost confidence, schedule surety and quality assurance. Kreider lives in Lancaster with his wife and three children. He is actively involved with Manheim Township Youth Sports and the Associated Builders and Contractors Keystone Chapter.

Wohlsen Construction Company, a Green Plus certified company, was founded in 1890 and is one of the leading merit shop construction firms in the Mid-Atlantic Region, serving Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
