New and Improved Employee Benefits for All AIA Philadelphia Member Firms

AIA Philadelphia has two new programs available for our architectural member firms and our allied member firms.  Just like many of our firms who are small businesses, AIA Philadelphia (since we have less than 10 employees) struggles to find competitive employee benefits because we simply aren’t large enough.  That’s why we have negotiated the following opportunities for any size firm, but especially for our small firms. 

We have partnered with My Benefit Advisor which has competitive pricing on health insurance plans (we are saving money on our plans!) and a whole host of human resources support that essentially delivers corporate-level benefits to small firm employees.
