Daroff Design Inc. + DDI Architects, PC (DDI) is the interior designer and interior architect for a casual but “wow” food service experience, located on the 27th and 28th floors of the new Comcast Technology Center. The Marketplace accommodates a wide array of full and self-serve food stations, a variety of seating for over 560 diners, and private dining rooms with unobstructed views of the city.

DDI utilized materials such as concrete, steel, glass, wood beams, and even a fresh herb wall to unify The Market with the rest of the mixed-use structure. The Comcast Technology Center is attempting to achieve LEED Platinum certification with consideration given to Philadelphia’s climate. It’s a remarkable goal for the city’s new tallest building and DDI is proud to have contributed.
