Lenhardt Rodgers Announces Growing Leadership
PHILADEPHIA – With steady growth over the course of its 70-year history, Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors announces an expanded leadership team by naming three additional principals. Kevin Ebling, Jackie Patterson, and Deborah Seitz each bring distinct expertise to the leadership team.
Lenhardt Rodgers’ unwavering focus on working lean, thinking smart, and creating right-sized solutions has furthered the firm’s growth trajectory over economic downturns and continues today, during especially challenging times. Rooted in tradition, Lenhardt Rodgers embodies a distinct culture as the people people, both in how they work internally and with their clients.

Ebling, a 14-year member of the Lenhardt Rodgers team, will focus on advancing technology and building science initiatives for the firm in addition to his current responsibilities ensuring successful project completion and overseeing construction administration. Ebling received his Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University and continues to gain expertise through professional development programs such as seminars on the International Building Code (Building Science).
With the appointment of Patterson to principal, the firm elevates the essential services of interior design and procurement to a principal level, further investing resources to service clients with full design capabilities. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in History of Art & Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh, Patterson completed her Master of Science in Interior Architecture & Design at Drexel University. Patterson is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) where she was named Pennsylvania East Designer of Distinction, the Professional Women in Construction Philadelphia Chapter, and SAGE.
Seitz leverages her expertise in multi-family, affordable housing, and other market sectors while leading business development expanding the firm’s portfolio and sustainability goals. Seitz received her Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and continued advancing her interest in sustainability by achieving LEED AP certification. She is a member of US Green Building Council and Green Building United with additional affiliations that include the American Institute of Architects (AIA), SAGE, LeadingAge PA, Women in Housing Finance PA, and Women Business Enterprise Center East.
