C. Raymond Davis & Sons is pleased to announce that both projects entered in the Associated Builders and Contractors NJ Chapter’s 2018 Excellence in Construction Awards competition received an award for their quality of construction.

The Stockton Education Center at Morven Museum & Garden was awarded First Place in the Institutional $5-10 Million category. This project involved constructing a new, 7,900 sqft multipurpose building designed to meet the everyday needs of the historic Morven Museum located in Princeton, NJ. Designed by GWWO Architects, the two-story building houses guest orientation, gathering and educational areas, the director’s office, and space for storage and support staff.

"On behalf of Historic Morven, Inc., including the Board of Trustees, donors, members, and staff, I share our delight in the new Stockton Education Center...our building design and geothermal system, coupled with being on a nationally registered historic site, presented on-the-ground problem solving that felt like a true partnership between Morven and C. Raymond Davis."
-Jill M. Barry, Executive Director, Morven Museum & Garden

The Princeton Wound Care Center received a Merit Award in the Commercial Less Than $5 Million category. Designed by DIGroup Architecture, this project involved a 5,635 sqft fit-out for the Princeton Wound Care Center, a single-story outpatient wound care center specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy located in Princeton, NJ.

"C. Raymond Davis demonstrated that their crew can mobilize quickly and complete all projects in a timely and professional manner. This project had high standards and challenging tasks which were met with excellence."
-Haresh Kane, MD, Owner, Princeton Wound Care Center
