About the Firm
Founding principal Kathy Dowdell established Farragut Street Architects in June 2013. Focusing on adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and rehabilitation, Farragut Street Architects offers a full range of architectural design services for residential and small commercial clients. We love old houses and buildings, and we can help you update your building for continued productive and comfortable use. We are experienced with the approvals process for historical commissions and review boards, and with the design requirements for historic tax credit projects.
