Now is a time for action to step up, speak out, and get involved in shaping a more equitable, sustainable, engaged, and prosperous Philadelphia. AIA Philadelphia needs your voice and creativity to lead the change in our organization to insure that our programs and initiatives are reflective of the values we share as the design community in Philadelphia.

These conversations are timely not only because of the current political climate, but also because we are beginning a strategic planning process for the future of our association. This will be the first in a series of Town Hall meetings.

5:15 - 7:30 Town Hall Meeting

To prepare for the meeting, we ask you to please download, print, and complete this worksheet so that you are ready to share your thoughts with the larger group. We will be using these thoughts as discussion points in the Town Hall.

For each of the four pillars, please add a few bullet points under each of the two topics “Toot Your Horn” and “I Wish We Could.” Toot Your Horn invites you to share what you and/or your company are doing well in this area. I Wish We Could offers you the chance to share your desires for what else could be done in this area.

Please come prepared to share your ideas! We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, April 13, at 5:00 p.m.
