The creation of a high-performing and collaborative project team is essential to project success.  Please join us as we explore strategies on selecting, developing, and evaluating project teams to enable innovation.  A panel of Owners/Developers will drive the discussion on industry trends that support the development of team cohesion and team chemistry.  A great team is behind every great project; how can we all contribute to establishing and developing the PERFECT Team that will execute the PERFECT project?  We hope you can join us for this interactive event.
