Join the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and AIA Staff for a lunch conversation around all things EDI related.
The monthly EDI Committee lunches offer our community a space for focused discussions on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in the profession. Topics such as the Guides to Equitable Practices will be discussed. We encourage participants to bring their own discussion points along with their own lunch. The goal is to foster a more inclusive architecture community, promoting actionable insights and a collective commitment to positive change.
In May, we aim to dicuss the Just Label . Just is a way to help your organization optimize policies that improve social equity and enhance employee engagement.
