Any architecture firm and/or allied firm members are encouraged to submit programming pertaining to how to practice through a pandemic/disaster to the AIA Philadelphia website calendar. AIA Philadelphia staff is also working hard to gather as much information that is sent to us and add it to our calendar. Please check the calendar daily to stay up to date with the numerous webinars we are adding with short notice.

Sharing resources and ideas is something all firms can benefit from. Does your firm have a pandemic response plan or other resource it would consider sharing? We created an open Google folder for our members to share documents, forms, and other planning tools. Our hope is that our small firms in particular who have less capacity to develop such plans will be able to learn from their peers.

Here is the Google folder link:

Anyone can view, add, or edit this folder using the link above. Please refrain from editing content that is not your own. Information that is confidential should be redacted.

  • Committee meetings will continue as remote dial-in opportunities. Details for these calls will be sent to committee lists in advance of the meetings.
  • We will continue to provide opportunities to earn CES credits. Some programs will be offered as webinars or even Facebook Live programs such as what we are planning for this year's Annual Meeting. Details will always be updated on the AIA Philadelphia website calendar.
  • All calendar listings will show if an event that was previously scheduled is canceled, postponed, or offered as a webinar.
  • Use the AIA Career Center to access resources for licensure and continuing education through AIAU.
  • You can purchase AIA Contract Documents through the AIA Bookstore website or by contacting Finance Director, Joe Martinelli at [email protected].
