William Caruso & Associates (WC&A) specializes in food/beverage, laundry, and solid waste systems planning and design. With corporate headquarters in Denver and offices in Philadelphia, San Francisco and Scottsdale, WC&A has completed in excess of 2,400 projects in 22 countries over the years, a record matched by few others in our very specialized industry. We are a team of professionals that includes architects, interior designers, marketing professionals, and culinary experts. Our fundamental philosophy is to strive for consulting excellence focusing on innovation, creative solutions, and long-term results in profitability and growth for our clients. We are fully committed to responding to our clients’ cost and time limits and to continuously improve our performance and product. Every member of our team is committed to an intense investigative design and analysis process of traditional and contemporary thinking, to researching and implementing sustainable technologies, and to studying and analyzing performance standards. The combination of these criteria results in WC&A delivering the very best product in our industry today. Our project experience extends over a wide base including elementary, middle, and high schools; colleges and universities; correctional systems; healthcare facilities; business and industry facilities; public assembly buildings (convention centers, stadiums, and arenas); hotels; marine facility design; and many other areas. As a strictly fee-paid, professional firm, the fees we receive for our services are the firm's only source of income. We are not associated in any way with equipment manufacturers, dealers, or foodservice and laundry operational management firms. This position assures our clients of totally unbiased, objective conclusions made strictly on their behalf. Another unusual aspect of our practice is the multi-disciplinary scope that WC&A is able to provide to clients. In no particular priority format, these services include but are not limited to: Marketing, economic impact and financial feasibility/analyses; Facilities master planning; Operational/design programming; Full scope design (from concepts through to construction administration services); Post operations consulting including monitoring and operational audits; Development of caterer RFPs/sample contract documents and negotiation of same; Tabletop and smallwares specifications; Operational system standards development and start-up services.
