Bob Cogan, AIA Named Barton "Partner"

BartonPartners is delighted to announce the naming of Robert W. Cogan, AIA as Partner in the firm.

Mr. Cogan has been with BartonPartners since 2004. He oversees projects from schematic design to construction administration, with a concentration in single- and multi-family homes, mid-rise buildings, active adult housing, transit-oriented, mixed-use, and continuing-care retirement communities.

He has 22 years of experience in custom and single-family homes, speculative office buildings, Jersey Shore communities, and traditional neighborhood developments, as well as an extensive background in wood-frame construction. Bob's upscale designs have won numerous awards including "Built-to Suit Custom Home of the Year" and "Community of the Year.” Mr. Cogan received his Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech in 1982.
