P. Agnes Awarded Project for the University of Penn School of Nursing

P. Agnes, Inc. has just been awarded the University of Pennsylvania's School of Nursing Renovation Project. This project involves the complete interior renovations of the second floor within the Clair M. Fagin Hall Building. The new design by SMP architects will include a total renovation of the floor space to create an enhanced student lounge areas, dedicated student breakout rooms, open office areas, computer labs, a 75-seat tired seating classroom, restroom upgrades and new lobby spaces. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase and has an anticipated construction start date of Spring 2010.
