Success in the competitive construction industry depends on effective teams of diverse individuals working toward common goals. This workshop will begin with a team profile assessment. Each participant learns important aspects of their own behavior in relation to the needs of others, including:
- Behavior tendencies
- Strengths and areas for improvement
- What is needed to insure team growth
- How best to work with others to accomplish more
The workshop will focus on working with the team you are given, establishing goals, motivating team members, and communicating the productive spirit.
Who should attend: Any and every employee can benefit. Improved teams with better understanding of each other, what they need, and what motivates others can eliminate misunderstandings and positively impact all aspects of construction including project management, supervision of crews, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and cost accounting. Improved teamwork also helps with client relations, marketing, and improves job performance.
