Alan Greenberger is the former Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Director of Commerce in Philadelphia. When Alan looks out the window of the PSFS Building, he understands “the great relationship that the city has to its park systems, to its residential neighborhoods, and to its thriving downtown”. The PSFS Building was designed by Architects, William Lescaze and George Howe.
